Cathy was a huge support from beginning to end of the trip! She answered all my questions and provided information and tips on a continuous basis. She was amazing and even sent a little care package of items I could use on the Inca Trail. My last day of travelling, Cathy was sending me messages on what to do at the various airports. Cathy made our Caribbean trip planning completely painless. She got us good deals, the perfect suite at a beautiful resort, and arranged our family’s complicated flights from a couple of different departure cities.

Cathy was so accommodating! Planning our trip was so easy because we really didn’t have to do a thing. All Cathy required was our input on what we wanted to see. She sent us websites of hotels, attractions, restaurants and shopping venues. We simply checked the things we wanted most and Cathy did the rest. (She even let us know what we might have overlooked.) Simply can’t say enough good things about the service she provided.
It certainly helped that she had experienced Africa herself and had met so many guides and venue managers. We benefitted from her relationships with many staff members and they all wanted to know when she’d be back. Absolutely loved the itinerary loaded on our phone. It made everything easier for us. If anything isn’t what you expected, she follows up to find out why!

This past trip was actually my fourth with Cathy. She has been consistently professional and supportive in the planning process of EVERY trip abroad and takes into consideration my personal tastes an interests.
With me, every step of the way, Cathy has been available night and day and efficiently smooths out any bumps I encounter along the way. She goes above and beyond what someone would expect from a travel agent. She not only books tours and flights, but also provides me with information about clothing, cultural elements and extra excursions that might be of interest.
Cathy is also very personable. Being a traveller herself , she understands the stresses that sometimes come with it. She makes you feel at ease and if she is unable to answer a particular question, she always finds someone who can. She is so organized and even created a site including my itinerary, where my family and friends could keep track of me and attached my important documents and vouchers!
